Bobby's Kebabs
I honestly don't know who Bobby is, but he totally knows how to make some tasty kebabs.
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs Chuck Roll
Cut in 1 inch cubes
($3.80/lb)
2 Sweet Potatoes
Cut in 1in slices
1 Large White Onion
Chopped in 1 inch pieces
3 Zucchini
Cut in 1 inch cubes
1 bundle of Parsley
Chopped finely
10-15 Garlic Cloves
Pressed
1 Cube Unsalted Butter
Melted
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
To taste
Nature's Seasoning
To Taste
Skewers
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
Step 1:
Put Zucchini, Chuck Roll, Onion and Chuck Roll on Skewer.
Step 2:
Once the skewers are loaded lay them out on foil.
Step 3:
Spray or drizzle olive oil over the skewers on both sides.
Step 4:
Salt and pepper both sides of the skewers:
Step 5:
In a sauce pan melt the cube of butter and then add garlic, parsley and Nature's Seasoning for taste. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6:
Place Skewers on heated grill (I used a Treager set at 400 degree, High). Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until your desired cooking level.
Step 7:
After flipping the skewers brush on the butter garlic sauce on the cooked side. Once the opposite side is cooked brush the sauce on that side as well.
Step 8:
Serve and enjoy!
